Our Property Maintenance Services in Toronto ensure your property is kept in pristine order and running smoothly. Whether it’s mail forwarding or replacing a furnace, we’ll take care of it, so you don’t have to.

We offer the following on site services:

Pick up and forwarding of mail to landlord (monthly)

Exterior grounds clean up – spring/fall, winter (negotiable) – Includes power washing decks/hard surfaces, weeding, leaf and foliage clean up and removal, inspection for repairs, trimming of hedges/trees, ensuring exterior lights are functional (excludes gutters and windows – outsourced at cost).

Shut off of water supply spigot and placement of hose indoors in fall, reactivate in spring.

Obtain quotes through trades for repairs: (e.g. HVAC, Air Conditioning, roofing, flashing, windows, interior walls/painting and patching, water damage, electrical, appliances, tree removal, mold remediation, wildlife, etc.)

Twice yearly internal inspection for fire alarms and furnace maintenance / filter replacement

Monthly drive by of exterior of property to ensure curb side maintenance and to satisfy insurance requirements / enforcement of tenant obligations regarding exterior maintenance standards as per city by-laws (e.g. garbage removal, grounds keeping, etc.)

Snowfall inspection to ensure sidewalks are cleared and salted by tenant. Placement of complimentary bag of winter salt on site for sidewalks (freehold/multiplexes only, some restrictions may apply)
